Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the strategic engine behind our clinical services, older adult support, child abuse prevention initiatives, and food pantry, ensuring our community receives equitable, research-based, and life-changing services.

Your Role

• Strategic Architect: Identify community needs and design evidence-based scalable interventions.
• Inspirational Leader: Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of directors and managers.
• Resource Catalyst: Partner on funding initiatives that fuel our mission.
• Community Ambassador: Represent JFS to government bodies, partners, and the board to advocate for sustainable change.

Who You Are

• The Expert: You hold a master’s or PhD in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• The Veteran: You have 10+ years of social service management experience.
• The Strategist: You are a master of fiscal oversight and long-range planning.
• The Data & Process Thinker: You lead impact reporting, Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) efforts, and compliance with accreditation.
• The Communicator: You have excellent writing and communication skills.
