### About JWIJWI empowers women and girls, ends gender-based violence, and builds safe, equitable communities worldwide through advocacy, education, and philanthropy.### Position OverviewDual role:- Co-lead YWIN (Young Women’s Impact Network): Strengthen existing chapters, launch new ones, mentor local leaders.- Grow JWI Networks: Engage women 40+, especially 50s/60s, as philanthropic leaders and donors.Reporting to the Chief Development Officer.### Key Responsibilities**Young Women’s Impact Network (YWIN) Leadership**- Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day support for five networks (Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Denver) to ensure alignment with JWI’s mission and values.- Mentor and coach chapter presidents, fostering leadership development and community impact.- Facilitate consistent communication with network leaders, offering guidance on programming, fundraising, and outreach.- Co-lead gatherings to build identity and collaboration across chapters.- Lead the expansion of YWIN into new/emerging cities (e.g., Phoenix), from research and recruitment to launch.- Track and report engagement metrics for senior staff, board members, and donors.**JWI Networks (40+) Development + Growth**- Launch and grow JWI Networks for women 40+, with a focus on cultivating philanthropic leadership among women in their 50s and 60s.- Build regional cohorts that foster connection, leadership, and donor engagement.- Design and host signature events (speaker series, salons, gatherings) that inspire investment in JWI’s mission.- Identify and cultivate women with giving capacity, ensuring Networks serve as a pipeline for major donors and board leadership.**Events & Programs**- Support YWIN and Network leaders in planning mission-driven programs (e.g., financial literacy workshops, intimate donor gatherings).- Align all programming with community needs and national fundraising priorities.- Lead the launch of JWI’s first regional conference in Chicago (Spring 2026) — designed as both a showcase of impact and a major fundraising opportunity.
