We have an opening for a team oriented, full-time housekeeper for our West Bloomfield Campus. Candidates must be self motivated and service oriented.

This position requires exemplary character and integrity be exhibited while carrying out the duties of this position.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces
• Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
• Assisting maintenance staff with snow removal, grounds maintenance and tickets as needed.
• Cleaning vacant apartments.
• Cleaning guest suite.
• Trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned
