Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate will bring strong visual storytelling skills and a deep understanding of branding to help elevate JNF-USA's mission through compelling design across digital, print, and video platforms.

Location: New York City

Reports To: Creative Director

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for campaigns, events, social media, email marketing, web, video, and our magazine.
  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with JNF-USA's brand identity.
  • Maintain consistency in visual branding across all platforms and materials, with our main brand and our sub-brands.
  • Prepare files for print and digital production and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Assist in developing templates and design systems for internal use.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or an exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • 1–4 years of professional design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Special consideration will be given to candidates with strong skills in motion graphics (After Effects, etc.) and/or web design (Canva).
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Jewish culture, Israel, or Zionist values is a plus.
