Alexander Muss High School in Israel is a pluralistic high school, college-prep, international semester-study abroad program where the land of Israel is a living classroom. Position Overview:
Alexander Muss High School in Israel is seeking an Executive Assistant to comprehensively support our Head of School in all administrative capacities including correspondence, reports, presentations, research etc.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including managing part of the client base.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Assist in organizing and executing events and special projects.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) both in Hebrew and English
- Great interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to use or learn to work with Project Management programs.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
