Alexander Muss High School in Israel is a pluralistic high school, college-prep, international semester-study abroad program where the land of Israel is a living classroom. Position Overview:

Alexander Muss High School in Israel is seeking an Executive Assistant to comprehensively support our Head of School in all administrative capacities including correspondence, reports, presentations, research etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including managing part of the client base.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
• Assist in organizing and executing events and special projects.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) both in Hebrew and English
• Great interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to use or learn to work with Project Management programs.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
