Alexander Muss High School in Israel (AMHSI-JNF) is a pluralistic, academic, study abroad program that strengthens our students' Jewish identity, inspiring them to explore their connection to Israel through formal and experiential educational opportunities. By transforming Israel into a living classroom and offering a robust, integrated curriculum, we aim to develop and foster within our teens a passion for lifelong learning and leadership, giving them the tools and the confidence to impact their communities worldwide.  

The madrichim will be living alongside gap-semester participants (different locations around Israel) offering them continuous emotional and logistical support.

The madrichim will create and facilitate enriching informal educational activities for the participants.

Participants will be exploring Israel through volunteer work, Israel studies and social activities.

1. Are you an energetic, positive, organized and compassionate individual who has worked as a madrich\a or similar role with teenagers or gap-year programs?

2. Do you feel comfortable communicating in English and in Hebrew?

3. Do you have 2 weeks - 4 months to dedicate to caring for American gap-year students coming to Israel for an experience of a lifetime?
