The Jewish Federation is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Administrator to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the President & CEO. This trusted role helps ensure smooth operations of the CEO’s office while supporting the Federation’s mission and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Serve as a liaison to Board members, lay leaders, donors, and senior staff
- Prepare and coordinate materials for Board and Executive Committee meetings
- Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and confidential communications
- Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and community engagements
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior-level executive or administrative support experience
- Experience working with Boards of Directors preferred
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and judgment skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Familiarity with Jewish communal organizations or culture a plus
This role may require occasional evening or weekend availability for Board or community events.
