The Jewish Federation is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Administrator to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the President & CEO. This trusted role helps ensure smooth operations of the CEO’s office while supporting the Federation’s mission and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and priorities
  • Serve as a liaison to Board members, lay leaders, donors, and senior staff
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for Board and Executive Committee meetings
  • Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and confidential communications
  • Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and community engagements
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of senior-level executive or administrative support experience
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and judgment skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  • Familiarity with Jewish communal organizations or culture a plus

This role may require occasional evening or weekend availability for Board or community events.
