Corporate Partnership Program Development
- Design and lead a robust corporate partnership strategy in collaboration with the CEO, Board, and Development leadership.
- Drive revenue growth through sponsorships and corporate giving in support of Federation’s Total Financial Resource Development, including the Annual Campaign.
- Build and maintain relationships with civic and corporate leaders aligned with Federation’s mission.
- Develop a suite of partnership offerings across events, programs, physical spaces, and materials.
- Explore engagement initiatives such as business leader trips to Israel and educational cohorts.
- Collaborate with Communications to develop materials, including a comprehensive sales kit.
Professional Society Growth & Engagement
- Create and execute the annual engagement and development plan for the Professional Society.
- Partner with the Professional Society Leadership Advisory Council (LAC) and internal teams to expand impact.
- Set and assess annual goals for donor engagement, event participation, and revenue.
- Plan and manage all Professional Society events, including liaising with volunteer leadership.
- Maintain a personal donor portfolio (~80 prospects), with a focus on increasing giving within this segment.
- Co-develop a strategic three-year roadmap with the Office of the CEO and Development leadership.
Community Partnership Initiatives
- Support and lead cross-functional community initiatives such as:
- Day School Task Force
- Kosher Food Task Force
- Communal Agency & Clergy Campaigns
- Work closely with Community Impact, Development, and the Office of the CEO.
