The Young Adult Philanthropy Manager plays a pivotal role in building the next generation of Jewish philanthropic leadership in San Diego. This position leads strategy and implementation for engaging Jewish adults ages 25–40 as lifelong donors, leaders, and changemakers. The Manager will activate professional affinity groups and serve as a primary connector between young adults and Federation’s broader philanthropic ecosystem. This role reports to the Chief Development Officer and collaborates closely with colleagues across development, leadership, and programs. This is a full-time position, working onsite in San Diego, CA, with the ability to work from home on most Fridays. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,00 – $85,000 annually, along with a generous benefits package, retirement plan, and comprehensive paid leave, including vacation, sick leave, and 22 paid holidays per year.
