Jewish Federation of San Diego is seeking a dynamic and skilled Immersive Experiences Manager to design, manage, and execute transformative travel programs that strengthen Jewish identity and global connections. This position plays a critical role in advancing JFSD’s mission by leading trips such as Israel Unfiltered, GAP, and young adult missions, while fostering education, engagement, and community impact. This is a full-time position, working onsite in San Diego, CA, with the ability to work from home on most Fridays. Compensation range: $80,000-90,000 per year, with a generous benefits plan, retirement plan and comprehensive paid sick leave, vacation and up to 22 paid holidays per year.
