The Young Adult Philanthropy Manager plays a pivotal role in building the next generation of Jewish philanthropic leadership in San Diego. This position leads strategy and implementation for engaging Jewish adults ages 25–40 as lifelong donors, leaders, and changemakers. The Manager will activate professional affinity groups and serve as a primary connector between young adults and Federation’s broader philanthropic ecosystem. This role reports to the Chief Development Officer and collaborates closely with colleagues across development, leadership, and programs.
