Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Soloway Jewish Community Centre is seeking a reliable, mature, responsible and energetic individual with excellent customer service skills for a Front Desk Supervisor position at the Soloway JCC. The chosen candidate will oversee membership sales and serve as the point of contact for all membership inquiries.
The Front Desk Supervisor will report to the Membership Director and will work closely with other JCC staff and departments, to promote a welcoming and inclusive working community.
Duties include but not limited to;
• Greet and welcome all incoming members and guests in a professional manner.
• Be the first point of contact for members
• Create a hospitable and relaxing environment for all members and guests
• Present a positive and professional image of the organization to all members and guest
• Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a monthly schedule to ensure all front desk shifts are fully staffed and operational.

• Computer literate on all platforms and able to learn SJCC Amilia and Avigilon programs
• Detail oriented, focused, organized, ability to understand member and guest needs

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to oversee day-to-day work of front desk staff effectively
• Oversee all point-of-sale protocols and ensure that all data and sales are corrected
• Answer all membership and customer inquiries within guidelines and policies.
• Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
