Part-Time Administrative Support for a Jewish Artists Gathering
When: January – June (approximately 25 weeks)
Hours: 6-8 hours per week
Location: Flexible / Remote (occasional in-person coordination as needed)
Pay: $35-$38/hr
We’re an independent, Federation-supported group organizing a community-rooted gathering of artists and we’re looking for someone grounded, experienced, and reliable to help make it happen.
This role is perfect for someone who’s been in leadership—maybe a retired Executive Director, or an ED between roles—who wants to stay connected, contribute meaningfully, and bring their organizational savvy to a project that strengthens community and creativity.
You’ll be the steady hand helping to keep plans, details, and communications on track for a small, collaborative team that values clarity, calm, and heart.
What You’ll Do
Help plan timelines, tasks, and logistics
Maintain records, forms, and templates
Handle light bookkeeping and expense tracking
Set up and track registration and simple databases
Coordinate meetings, venues, and communications
Support hospitality and event-day logistics
Keep things organized from start to finish
Who You Are
Experienced with nonprofit or project management
Exceptionally organized and dependable
A clear communicator who follows through
Calm, friendly, and “no-drama” by nature
Comfortable working independently and managing details
Familiar with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
Interested in arts, culture, and Jewish community life
