Role Overview:
Canada-Israel Securities, Limited / Israel Bonds is looking for a seasoned self-starter with a passion for community engagement, a builder of meaningful connections, a dynamic leader brimming with confidence & purpose.

You are a proven Leader in Community Engagement, establishing & growing relationships with the Jewish Community across Vancouver. Your experience in Sales and Fundraising will attract Jewish Families & Adults through a variety of initiatives, diverse programs and sales opportunities. Partnering with local leaders and stakeholders, you are responsible for identifying and executing strategies & events as they relate to their respective programming and target audience.

Position Summary:
Based in Vancouver, the Executive Director is responsible for developing and implementing regional strategies to increase sales and visibility of Israel Bonds through targeted campaigns, strategic outreach, and lay leadership development and recruitment. This role requires a strong leader who can build and empower teams, foster lasting relationships, and bring vision to life.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement annual written business plan, including activities and sales outreach
• Create and lead campaigns targeting new & current supporters or clients for
• Investments & Reinvestments
• High-end individual, institutional and corporate sales
• Supervise the implementation of events and special projects including
• Solicitation of and securing honorees & guest speakers
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth in community-based programming and sales
• Cultivate strong relationships with key community stakeholders and partners
• Actively participate in local events, partnerships, and community forums
• Serve as primary liaison with the National Office & CEO

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree combined with 5 years of experience in sales, management & fundraising
• Campaign development, Event management and Division Committee development
• Excellent Project management skills, time management
• Canadian Securities Course license required; will provide training, if needed
• Excellent interpersonal & networking skills, including communication, writing and presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Salesforce required
