Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to oversee and optimize our suite of software systems, with a primary focus on managing the CRM Xplor (Perfect Mind) in its final phase of implementation.

This role is part technical project manager, part educator, part administrator, and part Xplor (Perfect Mind) analyst. He/she/they are responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of JCC of Greater Vancouver’s system. This role will ensure the CRM system is managed in a way that facilitates program delivery, improved customer experience, and internal data management and reporting needs. This role will also support additional SaaS platforms, including eTapestry, Keyscan VII, and Sage 300.

This role offers multiple opportunities for a professional who enjoys using their analytic, customer service, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be skilled in software configuration, reporting, and data integration, with the ability to develop and maintain API integrations to connect Xplor (Perfect MInd) to our other systems.

Collaborating closely with various departments, the Administrator will support the identification and development of new business processes. He/she/they will also refine processes over time.
