Reports to: Director of Programs, Communications & Organizational Development. Location: In person, Seattle. Employment Type: Hourly, Part Time. Start Date: Role begins in September 2026, with onboarding & training in August 2026.Overview: Kavana Cooperative is a pluralistic, non-denominational Jewish community non-profit in Seattle (office in Queen Anne). The Program Coordinator serves as onsite logistical support for monthly and annual events.Role Includes: Preparing materials (packing/transporting supplies), set up & clean up at events, greeting participants, onsite support (photos, problem solving logistics, safety). Some events solo; others with additional staff. Typical schedule includes evenings and weekends.Core Competencies/Qualifications: Access to a vehicle; warm, friendly public-facing demeanor; organized and detail-oriented; ability to carry up to 50 pounds (including on stairs); availability for listed dates; strong organizational skills; responsiveness.Schedule: 11.5 – 18 hours monthly (dates may be split across multiple staff; additional events may be offered).Compensation & Benefits: $30 – $32 per hour; mileage reimbursement at Federal POV rate or public transportation reimbursement.How to Apply: Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
