This position drives forward the Federation’s work to improve the safety and well-being of Jewish community members facing hate crimes and bias incidents by helping the community understand and use Washington State’s Hate Crimes & Bias Incidents Hotline, and supporting those experiencing anti-Jewish harm. Essential responsibilities include: planning and delivering trainings statewide; supporting community members to utilize the hotline and connect to wraparound services; gathering feedback to improve access; measuring effectiveness via pre/post surveys; participating in quarterly Attorney General’s Office convenings; and submitting quarterly progress reports. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, understanding of Jewish identity and antisemitism, experience with federal/state grants, knowledge of WA hate crime statutes. Required: 3+ years in advocacy/nonprofits/Jewish community, strong facilitation and communication, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to travel locally and across the state, valid driver’s license/transportation/insurance. Compensation & benefits: grant-funded through Sept 30, 2027; $33/hour, 30 hours/week; PTO and holidays; medical/dental/vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k)/403(b); supplemental leave program.
