Responsibilities: Connect with, care for, and support the learning of young children; follow guidance from a head-teacher; support activities and transitions; bring positivity to an early childhood environment; advocate for the ECC; ensure school policies are maintained. Qualifications: Reliable and caring; open to learning about child development (no prior experience needed); strong communication and teamwork; high school diploma or equivalent; able to pass background check and fingerprinting through Merit; available for at least 8 weeks.
