Temple Beth Am seeks part-time Youth Learning Faculty (Gan Faculty) for approximately 27 weeks (Sept–June) in the 2025–2026 school year, supporting Pre-K to 12th grade programs on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional retreat opportunities. The role involves building relationships with students, implementing engaging activities and Jewish experiential projects, and collaborating across the Beit Tefillah, Beit Kehillah, and Beit Midrash.Core competencies include being relational, a lifelong learner, tech-comfortable, innovative, self-motivated, organized, and confident. Candidate qualifications: passion for Jewish learning; currently enrolled in post-high school education or completion of at least an associate program; experience in youth learning/camp/experiential education a plus.
