About Sephardic Adventure Camp (SAC): A Modern Orthodox, Sephardic overnight camp rooted in the traditions of the Seattle Sephardic community and serving campers from across North America. Job Description Overview: Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Camp Director leads overall organizational management year-round and provides in-person, hands-on oversight during camp. Ensures financial viability, strategic growth, smooth operations, and alignment with SAC’s educational and cultural mission. Responsibilities include vision/leadership, people management, board partnership/governance, camp operations and staffing, recruitment/outreach, communications and community relations, safety and risk management, financial oversight/sustainability, and fundraising. Qualifications include experience in Jewish camp leadership/education/youth programming/nonprofit management, fiscal management, fundraising, experience working with children/teens (preferably in camp), ability to work independently with a Board, and a four-year degree or equivalent.
