The Planning & Impact Specialist plays an important role in helping our Planning & Impact team stay organized, responsive, and effective. In this role, you will coordinate meetings and logistics, support grantmaking processes, maintain accurate data and records, and provide administrative support across several initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and excited to contribute to work that strengthens the Jewish community in Greater Pittsburgh. This is a non-exempt position.
