The Manager of Women’s Philanthropy is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with women and those who identify as female within Pittsburgh’s Jewish community. This role advances Federation’s mission by cultivating donor relationships, soliciting annual gifts and endowments, increasing community connectedness, and creating meaningful engagement opportunities. The Manager oversees Women’s Philanthropy and engagement activities, supports donor events for women in specific giving societies, and manages a portfolio of approximately 50–75 donors and prospects.
