Position Overview

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support small business membership sales and member engagement initiatives. This role will partner closely with the membership sales team to optimize CRM processes, reporting, member onboarding, and revenue growth strategies.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will collect and analyze member feedback, develop success metrics and reporting, manage email campaigns, identify account growth opportunities, support sales and membership activities, and help drive operational efficiencies through process improvements and technology. The role will also serve as a key internal and external resource while supporting critical operational and office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales and member engagement to drive growth, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Manage Salesforce data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Analyze membership and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop recurring sales, pipeline, revenue, and forecasting reports.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and reporting platforms to improve efficiency and insights.
  • Support membership sales executives with pipeline management and account growth initiatives.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and member success metrics.
  • Manage member onboarding and support engagement initiatives.
  • Support email campaigns and targeted member communications.
  • Gather and analyze member feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and automation.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the small business membership team.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, revenue operations, CRM administration, customer success operations, or a related business support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce, AI-enabled business systems, and data reporting tools.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business insights from complex datasets.
  • Ability to support sales teams through pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to blend business acumen with technical expertise.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.


The salary range for this position is $47,802.00 to $60,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
