Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate contract clinicians to join our team in Greenwich, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services and be committed to providing high-quality care to individuals and families. This role involves working with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with agency guidelines.
• Provide counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
• Manage crisis situations effectively, employing crisis management techniques to ensure client safety.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.Engage with families to provide support and education regarding mental health issues affecting children.

Qualifications

• LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT preferred
• If associate license only, working toward full clinical licensure in CT.
• Currently paneled by insurance or eligible for insurance paneling a must.
• A passion for helping others and a commitment to ongoing professional development are key attributes for success in this role.
