Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate clinicians to join our team at our 257 Main Street Norwich Site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services and a demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care to clients across the lifespan. In this role, the clinician will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions. Financial incentives are available upon successful completion of six months of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with agency guidelines.
- Provide counseling services utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
- Manage crisis situations effectively, employing crisis management techniques to ensure client safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
Qualifications
- LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT preferred.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- If associate license only, working toward full clinical licensure in CT.
