Pay Range: $72,000-$75,000/year
Total Compensation:
In addition to standard pay, compensation for this position includes:

Position Overview:
JFS is looking for a compassionate, mission-driven individual to join the Strategic Integration team as the Manager, Strategic Integration. The role turns program priorities into a clear delivery plan across ETOi, dashboards, intranet, and Learning Management System; keeps outcomes and definitions simple and consistent; and supports staff in using data and resources. This position runs a light monthly outcomes alignment meeting, co‑leads the Data Community of Practice, and publishes a simple quarterly Impact Brief that pairs key metrics with short, staff‑approved stories.
Responsibilities:
Program Alignment & Outcomes
- Co‑develop and maintain standard logic models and clear outcome definitions with program leaders
- Facilitate a brief monthly outcomes alignment meeting to agree on small changes and document them
- Coordinate approved changes into tools (ETOi forms, dashboards, intranet resources) and support adoption
Systems & Knowledge Infrastructure
- Oversee essentials for the intranet: owner map for key pages, 90‑day content calendar, basic templates
- Partner with HR on LMS assignments, reminders, and completion reporting for priority training
- Ensure ETOi support is reliable
Measurement & Reporting
- Coordinate the agency goals & performance dashboard; keep metric definitions current and easy to find
- Deliver simple program drill‑downs in partnership with the Data Systems Analyst
Team Leadership
- Manage analysts, prioritize the backlog, remove blockers, and support professional development
- Partner with Tech and HR on escalations and smooth handoffs
Skills/Experience/Abilities That Are a Must-Have:
- Supervisory experience with strong projects and change management skills
- Familiarity with client databases and analytics tools, ETO and Power BI preferred
- Experience with intranet or LMS administration and content governance
- Clear communicator who can coach, set standards, and drive adoption across programs
- Commitment to equity, accessibility, and user‑centered design
Skills/Abilities We’d Like You to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of relevant experience, with two or more in a supervisory capacity
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves standard office work and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, operate a computer and other office equipment, and communicate effectively in person and via digital platforms
