Jewish Family Service of Greater New Orleans (JFS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is working toward LCSW licensure to join our growing clinical team. Position Responsibilities: Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy (in-person and telehealth); Maintain a caseload serving clients ages 5 through older adulthood; Meet approximately 25–27 billable client hours per week; Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation; Use the agency’s EHR; Participate in weekly team meetings and case consultation; Present/facilitate a clinical discussion 1–2 times per year; Coordinate referrals and connect care management clients with resources; Assist in promoting JFS behavioral health services; Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Hold a current Louisiana LMSW license; Be actively working toward LCSW licensure and eligible to complete supervision within approximately six months of hire; Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality care; Adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics; Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR systems; Comfortable providing in-person and telehealth services.
