Full Time Salaried Position ($45,000). Supervisor: Chief Impact Officer. Job Description: Manages the Medical Guardian Personal Emergency Response System (PERS), enabling older adults to live safely and independently; conducts home installations; performs outreach and presentations; requires compassion and commitment to older adults’ well-being. Job Duties: Daily management of the Medical Guardian PERS program; manage day-to-day sales, marketing, customer service/support, and administrative processes; travel to customer homes for installations; identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service; track equipment service issues and incident reports; maintain inventory; process new subscribers (post-installation paperwork); deactivate returned devices; oversee incoming intake calls and transitions to program participants; communicate/report to JFS management and Medical Guardian. Marketing: Draft an annual strategic marketing plan with benchmarks; include timelines, tasks, assignments, deliverables, budgets, and performance standards; represent JFS at community events; seek input from providers, staff, customers, and board; plan components include Referral Network Growth, Communications Plan, and Marketing Materials. Finance: Collaborate with CFO and Donor Client Services Manager on budget development/monitoring, AP/AR. Volunteer Management: Assist in recruiting and training volunteers; supervise delegated responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably related); minimum 2 years customer service and 1–2 years marketing experience; ability to capture/analyze data and KPIs; excellent written and public speaking skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and cloud-based software; valid driver’s license and transportation for local travel.
