This Case Manager role works within the Family Stability pillar and in close partnership with the Immigrant and Refugee Services pillar to help refugees and immigrants access resources, navigate systems, build stability, and move toward self-sufficiency.Our Values: Kavod (Respect), Chesed (Compassion), Kehilah (Community), Tzedek (Advocacy), Avodah (Service).Purpose: Provide services to refugees and immigrants to help them achieve self-sufficiency and long-term stability.Essential Functions: Provide individualized case management; complete eligibility forms and resource coordination; conduct assessments, set goals and plans, and quarterly reviews; network with providers; stay current on resources and entitlement programs; track and report client progress; collect demographic and outcome data; provide administrative assistance and advocacy; serve as Information & Referral.Secondary Duties: Maintain accurate records; attend meetings; other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibility: N/A. Travel: Considerable local travel required.Pre-Employment: Background and drivers’ record check; negative TB test and drug screen.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s in human services or related preferred; experience with refugee/immigrant populations preferred; bilingual skills preferred (Dari, Swahili, French, Kinyarwanda, Pashto).Please submit your resume and cover letter to jobs@jfcslouisville.org.
