Position: Marketing & Events Manager. Organization: Jewish Family & Career Services. Reports to: Director of Advancement. Position Type: Full Time. FLSA Status: Exempt. Location: Louisville, Kentucky. Salary: $52,000-$57,000. Essential Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing (maintain a 12‑month calendar across channels); Event Management (plan and execute MOSAIC Awards, Republic Bank Players Challenge, Community Chats, Seligman Speaker Series, Mindfest); Corporate Engagement (cultivate partners, grow event revenue); Media relationships (TV, radio, newspaper coverage); Budget & Analytics (build budgets, track KPIs); Campaign management (e.g., Give for Good, KY Gives Day, Giving Tuesday); Collaboration with program and advancement teams; Committee Management (MOSAIC, Golf, Seligman, Marketing). Required: 3 years in fundraising events and/or nonprofit marketing; experience with Constant Contact, Donor Perfect, Microsoft Suite (or similar); strong organization, copy-editing, project management, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to hit revenue targets, manage vendors, build relationships; confidentiality; entrepreneurial spirit.
