Maintain a clinical caseload providing therapeutic services to adults, children, and families addressing issues such as addictions and substance abuse, family/parenting/marital problems, stress management, self-esteem, and aging. Essential Functions: conduct psychological assessments; maintain clinical practice (individual, couple, family, group) via face-to-face or telehealth; evaluate/diagnose/treat emotional disorders and mental illness; complete quarterly reviews and planned terminations; provide family life education groups; maintain records and outcomes; attend weekly clinical meetings and multi-disciplinary reviews; case management and collateral contacts; represent the agency; provide after-hours counseling/crisis intervention by telephone as scheduled.
