Carry a clinical caseload providing therapeutic services to adults, children, and families. Presenting issues may include addictions/substance abuse; family, parenting, and marital problems; stress management; self-esteem; aging.Essential Functions: Conduct assessments under supervision; maintain a clinical practice (individual, couple, family, group; in-person or telehealth); evaluation/diagnosis/treatment of emotional disorders within scope; quarterly reviews and planned terminations; provide family life education groups; maintain records and outcomes measurement; attend weekly clinical meetings and multidisciplinary reviews; case management/collateral contacts; represent agency on committees; provide after-hours counseling/crisis intervention by phone, as scheduled.Supervisory Responsibility: 0 employees.
