Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments with a focus on trauma-informed practices; carry a clinical caseload and provide therapeutic services to adults, children, and families on issues including addictions and substance abuse, family/parenting/marital problems, stress management, self-esteem, and aging. Essential Functions: conduct assessments under supervision; maintain a clinical practice (individual, couple, family, group) via face-to-face or telehealth; evaluation/diagnosis/treatment within scope; quarterly reviews and planned terminations; provide family life education groups; maintain client records and outcomes; attend weekly clinical meetings and participate in multi-disciplinary reviews; case management and collateral contacts; represent the agency; provide after-hours counseling/crisis intervention by telephone as scheduled.
