Flexible schedules; part-time and full-time available. Background check and drug screen required.Qualifications: High school diploma preferred; ability to read/write/speak English; prior personal care/homecare/elderly experience preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; 18+ years of age.Duties include assisting with personal care and companionship services; transportation/escort; reminders; homemaker services (light housekeeping, meal planning/prep, errands). Adhere to confidentiality.Performance Requirements: Arrive on time; follow care plans; maintain communication; complete mandatory trainings; timely documentation; comply with KY Personal Services Agency regulations; timely TB/drug screenings; protect confidentiality.Physical Requirements: Climb/stoop/kneel/crouch/reach/stand/walk; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; visual and auditory requirements; work typically in homes or climate-controlled locations.Supervisory Responsibility: None.
