Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist with strong expertise in HR policies, employment law, and HRIS systems. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays updated on HR trends, and has a strong background in policy writing, compliance, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support positive workplace culture.
HRIS Management: Maintain, update, and generate reports from HR systems (primarily Dayforce) to support data-driven decision-making, in addition to accurately and timely entering new employee data and processing employee status changes.
HR Policy Development: Draft, implement, and update company policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Training Management System: Maintain and oversee the training management system to track employee development and compliance, in addition to conducting employee and manager trainings to support performance growth and organizational goals.
Employee Evaluations: Maintain and oversee employee evaluation processes to support performance management and professional growth.
Compliance & Employment Law: Ensure company policies align with current labor laws and regulations.
Microsoft Forms & HR Tools: Utilize Microsoft Forms and other tools to streamline HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
Incident Reporting System: Manage and maintain an incident reporting system to ensure timely and accurate documentation of workplace incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR, including policy writing, compliance, and HRIS management (Dayforce preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience conducting investigations into employee relations concerns, policy violations, compliance matters, and workplace misconduct.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3 years of experience providing guidance to managers on performance management, company policies, and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Forms and other HR tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Experience with PerformYard is preferred.

Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
