Join our dynamic Behavioral Health team as a Clinician, where you'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking support. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will help connect people to the services they need most—whether it's therapy, psychiatric care, psychosocial determinants of health support, or community resources.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, mini mental status exams, and substance use screenings and thorough needs assessments.
  • Match clients with the right services and clinicians, ensuring a smooth and supportive entry into care.
  • Provide brief consultations and short-term therapy to individuals and families facing behavioral health or substance use challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to connect clients with additional resources.
  • Support Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services as needed.
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique goals and needs.
  • Maintain a small caseload of ongoing clients

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensure: LCSW-C or LCPC in Maryland (*LMSW or *LGPC candidates considered with post-independent clinical licensure employment agreement.)
  • Two or more years work-related experience with clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions.
    Knowledge base to include intake assessments, therapeutic interventions, substance use disorders, behavioral health.
  • Professional ethical standards and licensure guidelines; local community mental health and substance abuse resources.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and ability to successfully utilize Electronic Medical Record.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
