We are a comprehensive non-profit human services organization seeking an experienced marketing and communications professional who can manage multi-channel campaigns, guide team members, and drive initiatives that promote awareness, engagement, and community support. What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across email, digital, social, print, PR, and events.
- Manage a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, feedback, and project oversight.
- Collaborate with program, development, and leadership teams to align messaging and outreach with organizational goals.
- Develop creative briefs, oversee deliverables, and ensure timely execution of campaigns and materials that meet high quality standards.
- Analyze performance data to inform marketing decisions and optimize future initiatives.

Coordinate media relations efforts and serve as a liaison to community partners and external collaborators.

- Demonstrated expertise in crafting marketing plans that are both strategic and detail-rich, spanning goals, messaging, channels, execution timelines, and budgets.
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to values-based work.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 7+ years work-related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing and supervising employees.
- Knowledge base to include marketing strategy, marketing plan development, content creation, copywriting, public relations, email marketing, social and digital media, analytics and budgeting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud, photo and video apps or equipment, social media scheduling platforms (e.g. Loomly, HootSuite), email marketing software (e.g., Constant Contact) and project management platforms (e.g. Asana).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with and sensitivity to Jewish identity (including religious, ethical, cultural and social values).
