Outreach Coordinator
Jewish Community Services (JCS) provides programs and services for people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them achieve their goals, enhance their wellbeing, and maximize their independence.
JCS is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to increase awareness about JCS services and strengthen referral partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with social services organizations, families, healthcare providers, schools, social workers, and community organizations to ensure that JCS becomes the Provider of Choice for those in need of our services. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for achieving target goals, tracking outreach activities, evaluating outreach strategies and making data-driven adjustments, and collaborating with internal teams to align efforts with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients and referral sources.
- Conduct presentations to families, community groups, and professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand services in underserved communities.
- Represent JCS at community events and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create outreach materials.
- Track and document outreach activities and maintain referral pipelines.
- Evaluate outreach strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in sales, business development, or account management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to provide specific examples of how you have successfully identified, engaged, and converted target audiences in previous sales roles, including metrics or strategies used to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
- Familiarity with Maryland’s disability services system is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to attend evening and weekend outreach events as needed.

Annual Salary: $50,000 -$65,000 with bonus incentives.
