Jewish Community Services (JCS) provides programs and services for people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them achieve their goals, enhance their wellbeing, and maximize their independence.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Manager of Aging Services Case Management, overseeing the operational and fiscal activities of our Case Management division. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality client services, managing financial assistance programs, and overseeing grant compliance to support long-term economic stability for individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development to a team of case managers, ensuring high standards of service delivery

· Oversee the administration of financial assistance programs, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines and program objectives

· Provide grant funding support by tracking expenditures, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure successful execution

· Maintain oversight of case management operations, reviewing client documentation for quality and compliance

· Collaborate across departments to enhance case management and promote economic self-sufficiency for clients

· Participate in agency management meetings, contributing to strategic planning and operational improvements

Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field

· A minimum of five years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a supervisory capacity

· Strong knowledge of case management practices, financial assistance programs, and grant management

· Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on staff development and program oversight

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
