Administrative Support Specialist

The Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Phoenix (JCRC) is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist to support the organization’s day-to-day operations and community-facing work. This position plays an important role in helping JCRC advance its mission of strengthening the Jewish community and building meaningful relationships across Greater Phoenix.

In this role, the Administrative Support Specialist will provide general administrative assistance, including managing email correspondence, scheduling, recordkeeping, and document preparation. The position also supports JCRC’s digital presence through basic social media and website updates, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and accessible.

The Administrative Support Specialist will assist with the planning and logistics of meetings, programs, and community events, including registration support, attendance tracking, and preparation of materials. The role also provides support for communications such as mailings and newsletters, as well as operational tasks including donation acknowledgements and recordkeeping.

This part-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented, flexible professional who is comfortable working collaboratively and managing multiple responsibilities. The role reports to the Executive Director and may respond to requests from Board leadership. The position is hybrid or in-office based on organizational needs and offers 10–15 hours per week.

Part Time / Hourly $20-$25/hr.

  • Experience updating website content using WIX CMS

  • Managing and posting to social media including LinkedIn, X and Facebook

  • Familiarity with donor or CRM platforms, experience in Little Green Light a plus

  • Working knowledge of the Jewish community and Jewish calendar

  • Using Google WorkSpace suit for email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets and presentations

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Manage multiple tasks

  • Comfortable working collaboratively
