We are looking for a creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing and communications team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to gain hands-on exposure across digital marketing, PR, and external communications. This role is highly collaborative and fast-paced, offering a valuable opportunity to work across a wide range of campaigns, initiatives, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across platforms (email, social, website)
- Assist with PR outreach to media contacts, press, influencers, and community partners
- Help create and design marketing collateral (graphics, flyers, social assets, presentations)
- Write and draft blog content
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with elected officials, influencers, and partners
- Capture content at events when needed (photo/video for social and marketing use)
- Support general marketing operations, campaign coordination, and project execution
- Collaborate closely with internal team members on ongoing campaigns and deliverables
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ?Strong copywriting skills (blogs, captions, emails, etc.)
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) is a plus
- Interest in PR and media outreach
This role is On-Site and Full-Time with flexibility for Part-Time
Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
