Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Enter and maintain data in internal tracking systems.
- Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders, vendor invoices and documentation.
- Conduct telephone calls to Holocaust Survivors.
- Review client files for compliance and facilitate completion with program staff.
- Contact clients by phone to confirm details, services or request documents.
- Participate in the monthly Club 2600 Program.
- Occasional home visits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle emotionally charged situations.
- Cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data entry, purchasing systems, or nonprofit administration preferred.
- Russian language skills a plus but not required.
This position is Part-Time; 20 hours per week on-site
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
