Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Enter and maintain data in internal tracking systems.
  • Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders, vendor invoices and documentation.
  • Conduct telephone calls to Holocaust Survivors.
  • Review client files for compliance and facilitate completion with program staff.
  • Contact clients by phone to confirm details, services or request documents.
  • Participate in the monthly Club 2600 Program.
  • Occasional home visits.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle emotionally charged situations.
  • Cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
  • Professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in data entry, purchasing systems, or nonprofit administration preferred.
  • Russian language skills a plus but not required.

This position is Part-Time; 20 hours per week on-site

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
