Want to make a difference in the lives of Jewish teens in Baltimore? How about working with an innovative, fun, and mission-driven team? 4Front is a great place to work! The Teen Engagement and Program Associate is a unique position that develops creative, passionate youth engagement professionals and empowers them to lead and grow our next generation of changemakers through dynamic leadership programs and relational engagement.

ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW:

4Front is the Baltimore Jewish community’s comprehensive teen initiative, funded by the Associated Jewish Federation of Baltimore and managed by the JCC of Greater Baltimore. Based on four pillars, advocate, innovate, educate, and collaborate, 4Front serves as a hub for Baltimore’s Jewish teens and the adults who care about them. Here, teens are encouraged to explore their Judaism in ways that are meaningful to them. Our organizational culture values innovation, creativity, and risk taking. We're looking for someone to join our engagement team and create transformative experiences for teens.

The JCC of Greater Baltimore is an organization centered on Jewish values and focused on creating meaningful experiences and opportunities to enrich, connect, and positively impact our community. We pride ourselves on our inclusive and welcoming workplace and celebrate the diversity of our employees.

JOB SUMMARY:

The 4Front Teen Engagement and Program Associate is an energetic, relationship-driven professional with a collaborative spirit and a proactive, can-do attitude. This role helps to advance a vision for more engaged Jewish teens throughout Jewish Baltimore.

This professional will lead two impactful, cohort-based, teen programs from start to finish, with content focusing on relational engagement, social entrepreneurship, Jewish identity, and leadership development. These high-level leadership programs help teens explore who they are and what they care about while connecting to Judaism and one another.

In addition to leading cohort-programs, the Teen Engagement and Program Association will help expand 4Front’s engagement platform, using their personable nature to build authentic relationships with Jewish teens throughout Baltimore. This role also supports additional teen programs and events led by 4Front, the JCC, and other teen serving organizations, meeting teens “where they are.”

Because 4Front’s work centers around teens, our hours often reflect their schedules and frequently includes evenings and weekends.
