RESIDENT SERVICES AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

CHAI is looking for a Resident Services & Compliance Coordinator who is ready to roll up their sleeves, think creatively, and be a trusted partner to the residents we serve. In this role you will be connecting people to important resources, creating meaningful programs, and making sure our services meet the highest standards. You’ll have the chance to blend compassion with problem-solving, work alongside community organizations, and directly see the impact of your efforts.

What You’ll Do
As our Resident Services & Compliance Coordinator, you will:
• Connect residents to community resources, services, and opportunities that promote safe, independent living
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, community partners, and volunteers
• Assist with planning and facilitating educational programs, health screenings, and events that bring people together
• Advocate for residents, helping them access benefits, understand documents, and navigate services
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of our resident services to ensure they meet all requirements
• Conduct resident assessments and create tailored service plans that meet unique needs
• Encourage resident engagement and foster a sense of community and mutual support

• Able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt when things change
• Handles sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations

Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a related field preferred (or a combination of relevant education and work experience in place of a degree)
• 3+ years of experience working with older adults, affordable housing, or community-based programs
• Experience building partnerships with community organizations and service providers
• Background in planning and delivering educational programs, events, or wellness initiatives
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and quality assurance in a service program
• Comfortable using data and reports to assess needs and improve services
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Compensation & Benefits
$57,000 - $62,000 commensurate with experience
