Your Role
- Provide psychotherapy to clients of all ages in a warm, welcoming setting.
- Conduct strength-based assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver services in-person or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with other providers and refer clients to community resources as needed.
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- Active Independent Rhode Island license (LICSW, LMHC, OR LMFT with experience).
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- Minimum of two years’ clinical experience.
- Strong organizational and writing skills.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to client-centered care.
