Job Summary: JCCA is hiring part time Fee for Service Providers to deliver community-based services to children and youth (ages 0–21) through our Child & Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program. In this role, you will work directly with families to support emotional, behavioral, and developmental well-being in a supportive, client-centered environment. Service types include:

  • OLP (Licensed Clinician): Psychotherapy, family therapy, and clinical assessments

  • CPST: Skill-building, crisis support, and care coordination

  • PSR: Daily living skills, coping strategies, and emotional regulation

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field and home visits throughout NYC

  • Provide in-person services (5–15 hours/week)

  • Ability to work after school hours, evenings, or weekends

  • Document all services in the electronic system within 48 hours

  • Attend required supervision and training (virtual or in-person)

  • Collaborate with Care Coordinators and clinical team members

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Per Diem Service Provider: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a related field and/or human services or Master Degree and at least 1 year of experience working with children/youth in a mental health or related setting.

  • Other Licensed Professional Services: Must hold an active New York State license as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychoanalyst, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT. Only professionals with one of these New York State clinical licenses are eligible to provide OLP services under the CFTSS program.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Bilingual in Spanish

  • Experience working with diverse populations
