Job Summary: The CFTSS Supervisor provides clinical and administrative leadership within the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program. This role oversees Service Provider (SP) Managers and per-diem providers, ensures compliance with documentation and billing requirements, supports program operations, and maintains high-quality service delivery across sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to CFTSS Service Provider Managers and per-diem Service Providers
• Oversee non-Medicaid Health Home cases and provide administrative management
• Serve as program lead in the absence of the CFTSS Program Director
• Review and approve clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring timely and compliant submission
• Monitor service delivery and billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Complete and oversee payroll for OLP and CFTSS staff
• Conduct regular supervision meetings with assigned staff
• Perform peer review audits and ensure quality assurance standards are met
• Complete incident reports and track client disenrollment
• Review and approve treatment plans submitted by SP Managers and per-diem providers
• Collaborate with intake and program staff to support service delivery and client care coordination
• Develop and facilitate trainings for service providers on relevant clinical and program topics
• Ensure all providers receive appropriate supervision by an LCSW
• Participate in utilization review and maintain compliance with State and City regulations
• Provide direct services, including OLP evaluations and counseling as needed
• Attend required program, administrative, and interdepartmental meetings

Qualifications:

• Required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State
• Active license and NPI number required
• Medicaid billing number required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Salary Range: $75k - $80K
