About the Program
JCCA’s Youth ACT program provides intensive, community-based support to youth and families, helping prevent hospitalization and support successful transitions back home. Services are team-based and highly coordinated, family-driven and youth-guided, focused on improving stability, functioning, and long-term well-being
Position Summary
The Program Assistant is a key non-clinical team member responsible for administrative coordination, data management, and operational support.
You will manage client records, support billing and reporting processes, coordinate communication, and ensure the program runs efficiently while maintaining compliance with ACT model standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client records and program data systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with C-SPOA to track and obtain required documentation
- Support revenue cycle processes, including tracking and reporting
- Maintain budget and expenditure records for the program
- Provide front-line support by triaging calls and coordinating communication with families and team members
- Participate in team meetings and maintain consistent communication with staff
- Monitor and report on program performance metrics
- Support administrative operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced setting
(e.g., healthcare, mental health, residential programs, or human services) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing data systems, records, and budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new platforms
- Professional and courteous communication style

Salary: $24.72 per hour ($45K annually) + differential offered for Spanish language skills
