Program Summary

JCCA Family Support Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in our Solution Based Casework (SBC) Program. This program works with families of children ages 0–17 to strengthen parental capacity, improve family relationships, increase safety and wellbeing, and prevent future crises.

Through the Solution Based Casework model, we partner with families to recognize their strengths, navigate everyday challenges, and build sustainable solutions. By combining relapse prevention approaches with solution-focused family systems work, our goal is to help families regain confidence in their own abilities and reduce the likelihood of future involvement in the child welfare system.
