Job Overview
JCCA seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as Assistant Director of Financial Planning, Grants Reimbursement & Reporting. This role is responsible for managing government contracts, grant reimbursements, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure compliance and maximize funding across the organization..

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage State, City, and Federal contract documents and reimbursement claims
- Interpret complex contract language and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Assist with annual budgets, budget modifications, cost reports, and drawdowns
- Review monthly expenses for accurate cost allocation
- Prepare year-end financial schedules and required cost reports (CFR, CBR, SSOP)
- Support internal and external audits and assist with financial statements
- Collaborate with program and finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in nonprofit or social services
- Must have strong knowledge of GAAP and government contracts (ACS, DOHMH, OMH, DHS, HRA)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (preferably NetSuite).
- Highly organized with strong analytical and communications skills
Salary: $100K - $115K
