Program Overview:

JCCA’s Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program provides life-changing support to youth ages 10–21 who are at risk of entering—or returning home from—high-intensity care settings such as inpatient or residential treatment.

Using a multi-disciplinary, team-based approach, Youth ACT delivers comprehensive, family-driven, and youth-guided mental health services that empower young people and their families to thrive in their communities. Our work focuses on reducing severe emotional and behavioral symptoms, improving functioning, and strengthening family systems to promote long-term stability and wellness.

Every child and family in Youth ACT is supported by the collective expertise of the entire team, ensuring no one faces their challenges alone.
